I have been doing works consisting of nothing but dots since I was in high school. Sun Soaking was the first piece I ever attempted. I was working on a special project in my high school art class while the rest of the students were learning how to do this technique my teacher called stippling. One student complained and I made fun of him for it. The teacher said that if I thought it was so easy, I should attempt a piece for homework. I did Sun Soaking and liked the technique so much that I have been doing it ever since then.

To date, all of my dot works have been using marker on either paper or Bristol board. They have also varied in sizes. In the future, I plan on applying this style to different mediums.
